To make the visual range of an operator controlling a handle better by providing an engine and the handle before and behind a machine base driven by revolution of a wheel and arranging a hydraulic transmission in front of the engine by making the top face lower than the top face of the engine.

An engine 7 is fixed in front of a main gear box 2, a mount 8 is projected forward from the main gear box 2 and a hydraulic transmission (HST) 9 is fixed to the mount 8 by making the top face lower than the top face of the engine 7 in front of the engine 7. The top faces of the engine 7 and the HST 9 are covered with a bonnet A whose front part is made lower, a belt 14 is wound on a pulley fixed to the crankshaft of the engine 7 and a pulley fixed to the input axis of the HST 9 and revolution power of the engine 7 is introduced into the HST 9. Because the HST 9 is provided in front of the engine 7 so that the top face may by lower than the top face of the engine 7, the frontmost end becomes lower and the front visual range becomes excellent.
