To improve transmission efficiency of a cable operation and prevent disconnection of a wire harness by insertionally installing a key interlock cable and/or the wire harness in a latch hole for jaw formed in a selector housing adjacently to a recessed part for socket mounting by inserting and passing the key interlock cable and/or the wire harness into/through the latch hole.
In a structure provided with a cable, etc., a key interlock cable 38 and/or a wire harness are provided by being inserted and passed into/through a latch hole 22 for jaw formed in the cable mounting part 12 of a selector housing 6 adjacently to a recessed part for socket mounting so as to latch a jaw 52 for slip check of a cable socket 46. Thus, the key interlock cable 38 can be wired in parallel to a select cable 36 and linearly. Therefore, the wiring length of the key interlock cable 38 can be shortened, transmission efficiency of a cable operation is improved without applying unnatural force to the key interlock cable 38 and disconnection of a wire harness due to friction can be prevented.
