Abstract:
To provide a moving blade for a high and low pressure integrated steam turbine using martensitic steel with high tensile strength, and to provide a high and low pressure integrated steam turbine using the same and a combined power generation plant.
The moving blade for a high and low pressure integrated is made from martensitic steel containing, in weight, C0.13-0.2%, Si0.25% or less, Mn1.00% or less, Cr8.0-13.0%, Ni2-3%, Mo1.8-3.0%, V0.05-0.35%, 0.02-0.20% of either Nb or Ta/0.02-0.20% of a total amount of Nb and Ta, and N0.02-0.10%. Its tensile strength at room temperature is 120 kg/mm2 or more, and a blade length (inch)×a steam turbine rotating number (rpm) is 120,000 or more.
