Abstract:
To provide a moving blade shroud for a gas turbine, offering simple construction improving the cooling efficiency at the side of a hub at the front edge of a moving blade and elongating the life of the moving blade.
A blade 10 in an inclined condition in a front view is arranged on a cavity face 2a at the front part of the moving blade shroud 2. Cooling air from a cavity 9 passes through the blade 10 while flowing therealong, as shown by an arrowmark A, and it is then blown out intensively to the side of the hub 1a at the front edge of the moving blade.
