Title:
MOVING ORIGINAL POSITION CONTINUOUS GLASS SOLIDIFICATION DEVICE, AND SEPARATING AND CONCENTRATION PROCESS OF VALUABLE COMPONENT AND HARMFUL SUBSTANCE OUT OF WASTE USING THE DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH11319794
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To prevent the leakage of gas generated following the melt-solidifying of collapsed sections formed by melting-and-solidifying to the outside of a device and simultaneously repair the collapsed sections formed following the process of melting-and-solidifying to form a plane.

A moving original position continuous glass solidification device A is constituted of a movable dome framework (device main body) 8 having a wheel 10 rotated by a self-propelling driving device and movable by the wheel 10, a dome main body 6 supported by the dome framework 8 and set on the device A and having a standard section 6a with its lower end formed to be brought into contact with the soil surface and covering a molten area surface, a plurality of electrodes 1 installed to be lifted and lowered freely on the front side in the forward moving direction of the dome framework 8, a covering earth hopper 5 on the rear side in the forward moving direction of the electrode setting positions of the electrodes 1 of the dome framework 8 and provided with a covering earth discharge device 5a set for feeding covering soil continuously to the collapsed sections on the downstream of the molten area, and a covering earth roller 7 supported rotatably on the dome framework 8 and set on the downstream side in the forward moving direction of the covering earth discharge device 5a of the covering earth hopper 5 and leveling the covering earth fed to the collapsed sections.
