Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mud-solidifying device in which mud can be sufficiently ground and agitated and mixed together with a solidifying material even if the outer diameter of a rotary drum can not be made large.
SOLUTION: Mud MD and a solidifying material SD fed in a rotary drum 10 rotating in a direction shown by the arrow mark RD are scraped up by scraping blades 7 projected on the inside wall of the rotary drum 10 and slidingly cascaded, and further broken by colliding with an agitating rod 20 rotating at a high speed in the direction shown by the arrow mark RS in the center of the rotary drum 10 and moreover, scraped up again by the scraping blades 7 after they have dropped down. In this way, these mud and material are sufficiently agitated and mixed by the repeated motion.
