To provide a multi-component room-temperature-curable polyorganosiloxane composition that has fast curing properties and holds adhesion force to various substrates such as glass, and metal even under severe environments such as warm-water immersion, hardly reduces rubber physical properties and has excellent self-extinguishing properties.

The multi-component room-temperature-curable silicone rubber composition includes a flame retardancy imparting agent (excluding carbon black). Preferably the multi-component room-temperature-curable silicone rubber composition includes a curing agent composition composed of at least a silicone rubber base composition consisting of at least a diorganopolysiloxane containing an alkoxysilyl group or hydroxysilyl group at a molecular chain terminal and a reinforcing filler, a crosslinking agent and an organotin compound as a curing catalyst.
