Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a multi-functional immobilized lipase capable of performing the optical resolution of an alcohol and an ester and enabling cyclic use.
CONSTITUTION: Lipase is dissolved or dispersed in water or a buffer solution and the solution or dispersion is impregnated in a water-absorbing resin to obtain a multi-functional immobilized lipase. Optical resolution of an alcohol or ester can be carried out by using the immobilized lipase as a catalyst.
