Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent joint force with respect to a back plate and to exhibit an excellent friction and abrasion characteristic without a resin slide layer melt-flowing or peeling off from the back plate even though it is use even in a severe frictional condition.
SOLUTION: This slide member is composed of a back plate 1 made of a steel pipe, an expand metal 2 made of copper alloy and integrally incorporated with the inner surface of the back plate 1, and a slide layer 3 made of a lubrication resin composition material, for covering the inner surface of the back plate 1 together with the expand metal 2. The composition material is composed of 5-20 wt.% of polyhexamethylene adipamide resin, 5 to 20 wt.% of tetrafluoroethylene resin, 3 to 10 wt.% of potassium titanate whisker, 3 to 10 wt.% of phosphate and the balance of polytetramethylene adipamide resin.
