To provide a stapler that can diversely and multi-purposefully be used, and can expand usage by forming the back (2) of a needle into a facial shape, in order to solve a problem that there has been no problem when processing a paper bundle or the like in a businesslike manner since an existing stapler has a needle of a one-character shape, however, the stapler has been extremely difficult to be used in the other purpose.

The back (2) can be formed into the facial shape by making needle tips (1) of a stapler needle have "three or more points" while conventional tips have "two points", thus the facial shape can be utilized, and the stapler can diversely and multi-purposefully be used while the existing one-character shape needle cannot allow the diversified and multi-purposed use. Accordingly, a needle push-out part (3) of the staple fundamentally has the same width as that of the back (2), and a needle receiving part (4) for bending the needle tips is located at a position corresponding to each needle tip. Furthermore, the stapler is continuously used by making the needles adhere with each other similarly as the conventional stapler needle.
