Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain dewaxed hydrocarbonate oil having a peculiar crystal structure having a filtering characteristic being superior in filter rate by means of a high rate by controlling whole ΔTs produced in respective solvent injecting points in respective chiller banks to be equal.
CONSTITUTION: A cold dewaxing solvent is injected to a scraped surface chiller in multiple points, a wax/oil/solvent slurry is produced and also ΔTs produced in the respective solvent injecting points in the respective chiller banks are controlled to be equal. Besides, the preferable value of ΔTs is 1.11-2.78°C (2-5°F)(especially preferably, nearly 16.7°C (3°F)).
