To reproduce a multi-story by a client terminal for receiving distributed multi-stories without break, if the selection of the next contents is late.
When a transceiver 11 receives a partial contents distribution request command from a client terminal 20, a command interpreter 12 interprets the command to request a data generator 13 to generate data for transmitting requested partial contents. In the data generator 13, a distribution contents determiner 15 checks the distributing condition of the partial contents, and determines to distribute the requested partial contents and a partial contents group at the low level of the requested partial contents according to the distributing condition. The data generator 13 reads the partial contents out of a contents storage 14 one after another according to the determination of the distributing contents determiner 15, and distributes the transmitting data to the client terminal 20 via the transceiver 11.
