Title:
MULTI-WAVELENGTH FLUORESCENCE POLARIMETRY
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3437094
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-wavelength fluorescence polarimetry for analyzing two kinds or more of analytes in a sample, and to provide a kit and a system for determining quantitatively two kinds or more of the analytes contained in the sample using the multi-wavelength polarimetry.
SOLUTION: This multi-wavelength fluorescence polarimetry includes (a) a process for providing labeling materials which are two kinds or more of fluorescent labeling materials, and of which substances bonded specifically to different analytes respectively and different fluorescent pigments for the respective analytes are bonded by covalent bond, (b) a process for binding the labeling materials to two kinds or more of the analytes, and (c) a process for measuring changes of fluorescence polarization degrees of the fluorescent labeling materials binded to the respective analytes.
