Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the uniform spray coating of the mixture of two kinds of coating materials by providing an open-bottomed tank which is divided into the front and rear stage tanks by a partition in the jetting direction and houses the mixing materials, making the two bottom parts of this divided tank one body, and providing a guiding pipe for guiding the mixing materials toward a jetting hole successively.
SOLUTION: A tank A into which mixing materials are fed is divided into the two front and rear stage tanks C, D by a partition B. This tank A divided in two is opened at the bottom part thereof, and the two bottom openings are made one body. A guiding pipe E for guiding the mixing materials is provided successively so that it is tapered forward from the bottom part of the tank A. And into this guiding pipe E, a compressed air introducing pipe F extending forward and opened in the guiding pipe E is inserted. The opening of this compressed air introducing pipe F is opened at the tip thereof behind the inner opening of a chip G. By such a spray gun, the mixing materials can be applied in multicolor, and a coating film in a multicolor pattern in which different color mixing materials are scattered without unevenness can be formed.
