Abstract:
To provide a multilayer ceramic capacitor that prevents decrease in capacity and increase in DC resistance, and its mounting structure.SOLUTION: A multilayer ceramic capacitor 10 comprises: a laminate 12 that includes a plurality of dielectric layers 14 and a plurality of internal electrode layers 16, and has a first principal face 12a and a second principal face 12b, a first side face and a second side face, and a first end face 12e and a second end face 12f; a first external electrode 30a and a second external electrode 30b arranged on the first end face and the second end face; a third external electrode 30c arranged on the first side face; and a fourth external electrode 30d arranged on the second side face. The plurality of internal electrode layers 16 has first internal electrode layers 16a exposed on the first end face and the second end face, and second internal electrode layers 16b exposed on the first side face and the second side face. The second internal electrode layers 16b are arranged within a range up to 1/3 of the laminate 12 in a lamination direction x from the second principal face 12b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
