PURPOSE: To obtain a wrapping having improved blocking effect to steam and oxygen by specifying difference of surface tension between a pretreated substrate and a covering material system.
CONSTITUTION: Difference of surface tension (by DIN53914) between the substrate to be coated which is optionally pretreated and the covering material system of an applying form is specified to be at least 10 mN/m, preferably at least 20 mN/m, and multicomponent covering material for a polar tubular wrapping introduced into a multilayer structure is used for single covering or multiple covering. The covering material is water-based and organic halogen- free system and a first covering material consists of a copolymer binder of acrylic, vinyl acetate, etc., and a second covering material consists of a wax component and the copolymer binder. Melting point of the wax is 50 to 120°C, preferably 60 to 90°C and content of the wax is preferably 5 to 20% to the copolymer.
