PURPOSE: To provide a multilayer laminate which has excellent surface flexibility, releasing strength and embossing characteristics.
CONSTITUTION: A multilayer laminate comprises at least two layers of a layer (I) made of propylene resin composition prepared at a melt flow rate (measured under the conditions of 230°C and 2.16kg of a load based on JIS K 7210) of 50 to 300g/10min obtained by dynamically heat treating a blend of (A) 100 pts.wt. of propylene-α-olefin block copolymer in which the ratio η1/η2 of the melting viscosity η1 at a shearing speed of 101sec-1 to the melting viscosity η2 at a shearing speed of 102sec-1 measured by a slit die method is 3.5 to 8, (B) 5 to 150 pts.wt. of rubberlike polymer and (C) 0.005 to 2 pts.wt. of organic peroxide and a base material layer (II) made of woody and fiber material.
