Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer specimen for colorimetry of components in a test portion accurately, simply, and rapidly at a diagnostic site.SOLUTION: A multilayer specimen for biochemical analysis for colorimetry of a component in a test portion consists of at least two or more layers, contains an enzyme and/or an oxidation reduction system color reagent in at least one or more layers, wherein at least one set of two adjacent layers are joined by pressure sensitive adhesive sheets which have multiple through holes in perpendicular direction.
