PURPOSE: To obtain a multilayered polyolefin sheet having high rigidity and good surface properties and characterized by that coloration, the printing of patterns or an emboss pattern can be easily and sharply applied to the surface thereof.

CONSTITUTION: A multilayered polyolefin sheet is constituted by successively laminating a non-foamed polyolefin layer containing 5-30 pts.wt. of a filler per 100 pts.wt. of a resin and a non-foamed polyolefin layer substantially containing no filler on at least the single surface of a foamed polyolefin layer and produced by a co-extrusion method melting and kneading the respective compsns. for both layers to successively laminate them and subjecting the resulting laminate to the extrusion molding from a T-die.
