To provide a multiple dwelling house building simple in structure and having dwelling houses not influenced by the arrangement of drainage equipment.
In this multiple dwelling housing building 1, a plurality of dwelling houses 2 are all disposed facing an open corridor 12. The floor structure of an indoor space 4 of the dwelling house 2 is composed of a floor slab 9 and a double floor 8 having an under floor space 11 up to a floor material 10 disposed on the floor slab 9. The floor flab 9 has a gradient such that the height of the end side 9b facing the open corridor 12 is made lower than the side facing the outdoor space 3. The open corridor 12 is formed with a shaft space 14 enclosing a drainage vertical pipe 15 in each dwelling house 2. Domestic drainage and sewage generated in water places 6 of each dwelling house 2 are drained to a cross pipe 13, and the floor slab 9 where the cross pipe 13 is disposed has a gradident to be gradually decreased in height as it goes toward the open corridor 12, whereby the domestic drainage and sewage smoothly flow down naturally to each vertical drainage pipe 15.
