Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple glass capable of being manufactured with a simple process.SOLUTION: The multiple glass has a first glass substrate, a second glass substrate arranged to face the first glass substrate with a prescribed space, and an encapsulation part for sealing circumference of an internal space formed by the first glass substrate and the second glass substrate, in which the encapsulation part is formed by a sealing material containing a low melting point glass, the internal space is at vacuum state, the first glass substrate has an air outlet arranged to be included in a projection part of the encapsulation part when projected in a lamination direction with the second glass substrate, and the air outlet is closed by the sealing material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
