PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-sensitivity assay method, a device, a reagent and a kit for detection and/or quantitation of target molecules in a test sample.SOLUTION: There is provided a method including a step in which a biological sample is brought into contact with an aptamer, and after forming an aptamer affinity complex or an aptamer sharing complex by bonding target molecules to the aptamer, the aptamer affinity complex, the aptamer sharing complex or the aptamer separated from the complex is detected and/or quantified, to thereby detect and/or quantify the target molecules in the biological sample.SELECTED DRAWING: None
