Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce the voltages and currents of magnetizing yokes and, at the same time, improve the magnet characteristics of a magnetized permanent magnet at the time of magnetizing the blank material of the permanent magnet in multiple poles by using the magnetizing yokes.
CONSTITUTION: At the time of magnetizing a blank material 1 for magnet by the method, the material 1 is again magnetized without providing back yokes 3 after the material 1 is once magnetized by respectively providing the back yokes 3 on the opposite sides of magnetizing yokes 2 or the material 1 is again magnetized by respectively providing the back yokes 3 on the opposite sides of the yokes 2 after the material 1 is once magnetized without providing the yokes 3.
