The rear end of the upper housing member 3 for parking bicycles are held by two sheets of tabular columns 1 and horizontally fixed and then, movable rail member 4 are movably and slidably pivoted by the housing member 3. In this time, the rail member 4 is drawn and slantingly held at a specified angle and the front wheel support frame 40 is erected on the rail member 4, and a handle 42 vertically moving the rail member 4 is fitted. When parking a bicycle in the lower parking member 2, the wheel of the bicycle is inserted in the lower parking member 2 and when parking it on the parking member 3, it is pulled out of the parking member 3 by means of the handle 42 or the like. Then, the front wheel is raised and put on the rail member 4 in the slant state of the rail member 4, and the bicycle is pushed up to house it in the support frame 40. In this way, such inconveniences that the rail member 4 interferes with a bicycle can be prevented, when it is put in the parking member 2 or put out thereof.
