To provide a light and compact muscle force training apparatus which can be placed anywhere in and outside the home and using which a user can exercise his/her entire body variously.

A supporting member 8 on which a handle member 3 stands and a base member 4 are coupled in front of a seat board 2 for holding the user's hips. The base member 4 is inserted into the supporting member 8, and the inserted length of the base member 4 can be changed. A pair of pedal members 7 are arranged on either side of the base member 4. A pair of elastic string members 6 which have grasping parts 61 at the ends are arranged on both sides. The user can exercise variously to train the muscles of his/her legs, abdominal, arms and so on.
