Abstract:

PURPOSE: To move many muscles and concurrently perform the training of nerves controlling the muscles with one device by providing a support tube with a sphere on the top at the center of a support base, coupling a step board on the top section, making the height of the step board freely adjustable, and allowing the peripheral section of the support base to concurrently serve as a support frame to stop the step board at a preset angle.

CONSTITUTION: A support tube 4 with a sphere on the top section is provided at the center of a support base 1, a step board 8 is coupled on the top section, the height of the step board 8 is made freely adjustable, and the peripheral section of the support base 1 concurrently serves as a support frame to stop the step board 8 at a preset angle. One device can be used for various purposes such as stretching, balancing, and twisting by the fastening of a screw 9 as compared with a single-purpose trainer. An excellent effect is obtained for softening muscles and fostering the balance sensation and motoric nerves.
