Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a transporting method for mushroom by which it can be transporting in a well deodorized and dewatered condition.
CONSTITUTION: A number of higher pillars 2, 2 are projected from the bottom of a tray 1 at certain intervals and a recessed part D constituted of lower pillars 3, 3 is formed at the middle thereof. A deodorizing bag 4 charaged with B type silica gel and water-absorptive resin is positioned at the middle of the recessed part, D. Mushrooms are placed on the deodorizing bag 4 to be transported in such a condition.
