Abstract:
To provide an N-based or S-based gas removing member capable of effectively removing a reaction product bonded by the change of N-based or S-based gas due to photocatalytic action.
An N-based or S-based gas removing member has a surface layer containing a substance developing photocatalytic action and has a hydrophilic surface of which the contact angle with water is below 5° and changes N-based, or S-based gas chemically by photocatalytic action under the irradiation with light having a wavelength shorter than the exciting wavelength of a photocatalyst to form a product which is, in turn, caught by the surface of the surface layer and washed with water to be removed.
