Abstract:
To provide a high-temperature n-type thermoelectric conversion element and a thermoelectric conversion module using it at low cost and with intoxic property while used at high temperature, having a high electric conductivity.
The high-temperature n-type thermoelectric conversion element is provided where the material powder whose base material is a metal oxide is molded and sintered. The material powder whose base material is the metal oxide is a metal oxide powder in which impurity is doped.
