PURPOSE: To provide a method for producing a laminated sheet by which the laminated sheet being smooth at ordinary temperature is produced by easy work at a low cost.
CONSTITUTION: A mold 5 is previously formed, so that its curved surface is formed in radius R of curvature of the same degree as the radius of curvature of a laminated sheet 1 warped at ordinary temperature in the case of being hardened by a smooth usual heating platen under the usual pressing conditions. The side of a copper foil in the part having small coefficient of linear expansion is set on the curved surface 5a of the mold 5 and thermally pressed on the mold by pressurizing force F from the top thereof. The laminated sheet 1 is formed in the specified radius of curvature along the curved surface 5a of the mold 5 and thereafter cooled. Then the laminated sheet 1 is warped in the direction reverse to the formed direction by the difference of the coefficient of linear expansion of an aluminum plate 2 and the copper foil 4. Thereby the laminated sheet 1 being smooth at ordinary temperature is formed.
