Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the employee confirming accuracy at the presence/absence time and also to prevent the wrong presence/absence operations carried out by the persons other than the employees by photographing the image of each employee and recording the voices of each employee when his ID card is read, showing the photographed image and the registered image of the employee on a screen at one time, and making the voices of the employee when his image is selected.
CONSTITUTION: This check system includes a card reading part 1, a photographing part 2, a voice input part 3, and a presence/absence file 5 which stores the information read by the part 1, the voices supplied through the part 3, the presence/absence discrimination, and the presence/absence time. Then the information read out of an ID card and the images photographed in the presence and absence which are stored in the file 5 are divided and displayed on a screen. Then the stored voices are produced in response to the indicated image.
