PURPOSE: To provide the noise removing circuit improved in reducing signal distortion by correcting signals in a noise removing period.

CONSTITUTION: This noise removing circuit to remove impulse noise is equipped with an input changeover switch 16 to switch the input signal to a corrected value when the impulse noise is inputted, serially connected N (N≥3) pieces of sample/hold circuits 10-13, multi-phase sampling pulse generator 14 to generate the pulses of N phases for successively moving the held sample values to the sample/hold circuits in the following steps till the point of time of a next sampling coefficient equipments 17-19 to fixedly multiply output values for the respective sample/hold circuits 10-13, and adder 20 to add the output values of the respective coefficient equipments.
