PURPOSE: To obtain a highly efficient downsized motor which can be manufactured through automated process while saving coil material.
CONSTITUTION: Inner ring pole part 10 comprising a plurality of pole pieces 7 are fit in an outer ring yoke part 5 forming an outer ring part thus forming a stator core 6 which is projected from one end face of the inner ring pole part 10, and insulating resin is then molded including a coil guard 16 having side wall provided with insulating wedge 31 insertion grooves. A rotor 17 is then inserted into the inner ring pole part 10 and applied with an insulating cover 19 having a pin body 25 and a spool column 20 comprising inner and outer poles 23, 24 followed by winding of a coil 26 between the inner pole 23 and the center of the inner ring pole part 10. This arrangement minimizes the amount of coil to be used and loads the insulating wedge 31 stably and automatically to a motor.
