Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent fine particles of a compound containing inorganic or organic substances from being stuck by adding a substance controlling zeta potential (surface potential) of fine particles in solution and a substrate to the solution.
CONSTITUTION: A substance controlling zeta potential (surface potential) of fine particles in solution is added to the solution to let it have a concentration of 10-7-25vol% additive, so that the sticking of fine particles 2, which are a substance to be adsorbed in the solution, is prevented or decreased. Here the substance controlling zeta potential of fine particles in solution is made a substance having electric charge distribution in molecules (a substance having dipole moment). Or the substance controlling zeta potential of fine particles in solution is made a substance having hydrophilic groups and hydrophobic groups in one molecule. Further, the substance controlling zeta potential of fine particles in solution is made to a substance consisting of molecules where electric charge distribution of any of the 2nd-6th atom from the terminal of the molecule or plural atoms is negative.
