Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make power consumption low and to shorten the rising time.
CONSTITUTION: A magnetic pin 19 is provided on an outer circumference of a coil 17 and the magnetic pin 19 is supportedly fixed by a mold part 20. Then, the magnetic pin 19 is mounted with a damper 36 as a shock absorber. An actuator lock mechanism 22 possesses a lock magnet 32 as of a permanent magnet and a lock yoke 33 which is a part of a lower yoke 25. At the time of nonoperation, an actuator is held via the magnetic pin 19 in the actuator lock mechanism 22.
