PURPOSE: To enable flickering type signboard display which is structurally small in size, easily installable at a high place as well and does not infringe the restrictive regulations stipulated by Fire Services Act, etc.

CONSTITUTION: An item display part 11 and a detail display part 12 are arranged right and left. This item display part 11 is composed of at least two lines of low-voltage neon sign lamp 10 groups juxtaposed above and below. This detail display part 12 is composed of one line of low-voltage neon sign lamp 10 group juxtaposed right and left. Lighting pattern commands are inputted and stored in a control circuit by remote control. The low-voltage neon sign lamps 10 are flickered according to the set lighting patterns by the output signals from this control circuit.
