Abstract:
PURPOSE: To integrally mold an operation panel with operation keys by a laminated multi-color injection molding method to lower a cost to a great extent.
CONSTITUTION: Using a two-color injection molding machine, a keyboard body 2 is made out of a resin having a relatively low molding shrinkage factor by primary molding, and operation keys 3 are made out of a resin having a molding shrinkage factor higher than that of the resin forming the keyboard body 2 by secondary molding to be laminated on the keyboard body 2.
