Abstract:
PURPOSE: To perform defect detection or defect evaluation precisely by displaying defective data without exception, and detecting peak levels of defective signals.
CONSTITUTION: A received signal, which is received by a receive circuit 5 at each transmit/receive cycle, is sampled by an A/D converting circuit 7 via a filter 6, and this sample value is converted into a quantized data to be stored in a line memory 8, and then this quantized data is interpolated by an interpolating device 9 so as to increase the number of sampling points. The interpolated data are superimposed in order and stored in a display memory 10, and these data are read out at each display cycle to be displayed on a display 13 by a driving circuit 12.
