PURPOSE: To specify leakage position based on a crossing point by indicating a bar graph together with another bar graph, selecting a section including a complete pair of sensors around an acoustic level with the maximum value at approximately center position, and determining both correction lines by using the pair.
CONSTITUTION: A sensor position x1' is selected by a computer as an acoustic level which has the maximum value and exists at the center as much as possible in both bar graphs arranged together. Next, a section A including a complete pair of sensor positions x3 and x4' and x1' and x2' surrounding the sensor position x3 is selected. In the section A, correction straight lines G1 and G2 can be obtained through calculation in comparatively accuracy. Then a crossing point S of the lines G1 and G2 is obtained and a leakage position xL can be obtained based on the point S.
