CONSTITUTION: Arrangement table data correspondent to types of product are previously stored in the memory of an electronic component mounter in use. Arrangement table data correspondent to a changeover type of product are read out from a memory by bar code identification data, and the arrangement table data are compared with the current arrangement table data. At this point, it is ascertained that the types and arrangement order of feed hoppers 3 already mounted a hopper mount 2 can deal with a changeover type of product or not, and when it is judged that the feed hoppers are required to be dismounted for replacement or change in arrangement order, an LED 8 correspondent to the feed hopper 3 to dismount is turned ON.
