Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide a surface condition identification device which identifies the surface condition of a moving body at a high speed such as a plating line, so as to comprehend and record the whole surface condition. CONSTITUTION:A surface condition identification device is composed of a device measuring the relative position of a moving body, a device specifying a change starting position of surface condition during its movement, a voice identification device to which the kind of a surface condition change is input, and a device storing and operating information from the respective devices. The output device for surface condition identification results is connected to the storing and operating device, and voice information from the voice identification device is formed into patterns for respective surface condition in advance. Accordingly it is possible to establish an inspection setup being able to secure 100% of visual inspection rate on a high speed process line moving continuously on the same plane.
