Abstract:
PURPOSE: To clarify carriage direction in the working process of a printed wiring board, by printing characters also in one time printing process.
CONSTITUTION: Conductor patterns 3-8 and resistors 9-11 are formed on a board main body 2 after printing, drying and baking are repeated by a thick film screen printing method or the like. When over glass 50 is printed by a similar printing method, an arrow mark 26 or the like which shows carriage direction in the working process of a printed wiring board 1 is additionally printed in the peripheral part which is cut out after the wiring board 1 is completed, and dried and baked. After that, the wiring board 1 is completed after resistance trimming or the like. Thereby the carriage direction in the working process like the mounting of electronic parts 12-14 onto the completed printed wiring board 1 is clarified, the generation of imperfect articles due to working mistake is prevented, and the yield can be improved. Further since the arrow mark 26 or the like is formed by using the over glass 50, the increase of cost can be evaded.
