CONSTITUTION: The horizontal eccentric pin 6 of a low-speed motor 4 fixed to a supporting leg 2, a fixed ring 14 supported by the leg 2 and having an annular groove 15 on its inner periphery, a turntable 10 freely rotatably and fixably engaged with the groove 15 and having a rectangular port 11, a slider 8 freely slidably supported in the port 11, extending at right angles to the sliding direction and having a long hole 9 into which the pin 6 is inserted and a work hanging arm 19 projecting horizontally from the slider toward the opposited side of the motor 4 are provided to constitute the oscillator for plating, etc. Consequently, the oscillation suitable to the kind of plating and the shape, etc., of a work to be oscillated is obtained by only one oscillator.
