PURPOSE: To miniaturize the system and to reduce the cost by effectively utilizing a 1H delay means, an A/D converter, and a D/A converter used for image pickup signal processing.
CONSTITUTION: A reproduced luminance signal and the image pickup signal are switched and subjected to A/D conversion, and the 1H delay means is used for the processing of a luminance signal comb line filter 7 and the processing of a luminance signal generating circuit 5 by switching, and the reproduced luminance signal and the luminance signal obtained from the image pickup signal are switched and subjected to D/A conversion. The reproduced carrier chrominance signal and the image pickup signal are switched and are subjected to A/D conversion, and the 1H delay means is used for the processing of a color signal comb line filter 32 and the processing of a carrier chrominance signal generating circuit 6 by switching, and the reproduced carrier chrominance signal and signal obtained by processing of the carrier chrominance signal obtained from the image pickup signal are switched and subjected to D/A conversion. Thus, the system of the reproducing device is miniaturized and the cost is reduced.
