Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a gas turbine of high heat efficiency by making such final stage items as a turbine disc, turbine blade, compressor disc and the first stage item as a compressor stub shaft with a specific compression ratio, combustion gas temp., and first stage temp. and from a martensite series steel having a specific rupture strength.
CONSTITUTION: A gas turbine equipped with a turbine disc 10, a plurality of compressor discs 6 such as turbine blades 2, and a compressor shaft 9 formed in a single piece with the first stage of disc generates a combustion gas over 1300°C with the compression ratio made over 14.7 by the rotation of compressor blades 7, and this is introduced to the first stage of turbine nozzle at a temp, over 1200°C and makes the first stage temp. of the turbine disc over 450°C. The components are made of an all-tempered martensite steel having a 105hr. creep rupture strength at 450°C of 50kg/mm2 or more and a 25-°C V-notch Charpy impact value of 5kg-m/cm2 or more when measured after heating for 103hr. at 500°C.
