Abstract:

PURPOSE: To reduce a heat loss by a method wherein when a large block is discharged from a dispersion plate of a fluidized bed type furnace, a shoot is connected to a lower part of the dispersion plate and at the same time a flow speed of gas at an upper end of the shoot is limited to a slower value than a flowing start speed corresponding to a particle diameter of the large block.
CONSTITUTION: In a fluidized bed type furnace 1, a fluidized bed 7 is generated by blowing up gas supplied from a supplying port 6 from an air box 4 through a through-pass hole 3. In this case, a recessed part 14 is formed at a bottom part of the dispersion plate 2, an upper part of a large block discharging shoot 10 is fitted and inserted into the lower part and also the upper part is formed with a large block through-pass hole 13. Gas is blown into from both upper and lower end nozzles 15 and 16 of the large block discharging shoot 10. At this time, a flow speed within the large block discharging through-pass hole 13 is set to be slower than a flow starting speed corresponding to a particle diameter of the large block. With such an arrangement as above, it is possible to reduce a heat loss in the fluidized bed type furnace 1.
