Abstract:
PURPOSE: To efficiently remove a surfactant in waste water.
CONSTITUTION: A waste water treatment device has a hollow yarn membrane having a precoat layer of powdery activated carbon formed thereto and is equipped with a hollow yarn membrane module 4 performing the adsorbing treatment of a surfactant in waste water by the precoat layer and a line mixer 3 transferring waste water to the hollow yarn membrane module 4. A supply pump 8 supplying a powdery activated carbon slurry is connected to the line mixer 3 and operated or stopped by a control unit 9.
