PURPOSE: To lighten the load of correction processing by recognizing and inte grating input recognition data by referring to a corporation kind file, a corpora tion name file, a name file, and integration specification information.

CONSTITUTION: Input recognition data are collated with a recognition file by collation processing 4 to decide that the name is correct when a matching part is found, and the matching part of the recognition data is changed into an integration specified name by referring to integration specification information (d), thereby integrating the data. When the input recognition data are collated with the corporation kind file (a) by the collation processing 4 and no matching part is found, it is decided that the corporation kind is correct, and the matching part of the recognition data is changed into an integration- specified corporation kind by referring to the integration specification information (d), thereby integrating the data. Further, the data are recognized and unified by referring to the corporation name file (b) and name file (c).
