Voice uttered from the outside of a vehicle is stored by a cellular phone 10. Then, conversation voice data is transmitted to the navigation device 50. The navigation device 50 estimates and proposes the destination desired by the occupant based on the conversation voice data. Here, the destination of the vehicle is normally often determined in the conversation outside the vehicle before riding. The destination desired by the occupant is estimated based on the contents of the voice uttered from the outside of the vehicle, and the estimated destination is output, thereby exactly estimating and proposing the destination desired by the occupant by voice.
