Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a distinct video without making an object person of image pickup feel illumination by irradiating near infrared rays to an object to be irradiated from a light source, catching its reflected rays and executing the image pickup.

CONSTITUTION: A near infrared crime prevention monitoring device 14 in which a near infrared ray emitting lamp 12 and a near infrared camera 13 having sensitivity in the near infrared area are incorporated is installed. In this state, the near infrared ray emitting lamp 12 is lighted, an invader 2 is irradiated by the near infrared ray emitting lamp 12, this reflected ray is received by the near infrared camera 13 fitted to the monitoring device 14, and the image pickup is executed. Accordingly, the image pickup can be executed without being noticed by the invader 2.
